Pictured is the orange & chia vegan cake with orange glaze & flaked almonds. These vegan cakes were a popular choice at my café- more-so amongst non-vegans since they taste like a normal cake. They are super moist and very light and viewed as a healthier option. They don’t contain eggs or butter so perfect for those with allergies.
