Pictured is the pineapple & coconut vegan cake with pineapple & vanilla glaze and shaved coconut. These vegan cakes were a popular choice at my café- more-so amongst non-vegans since they taste like a normal cake. They are super moist and very light and viewed as a healthier option. They don’t contain eggs or butter so perfect for those with allergies.
22 cm, serves 12-15. $60.
