A decadent 4-layer, 23cm semi-naked almond, berry and coconut gluten-free cake with mascarpone cream filling and a vanilla buttercream frosting decorated with fresh raspberries (subject to whether these are in season) and rosemary. Serves approximately 45-50 people (2″ x 2″ pieces).
