This 8 tier cake is made of 4 x 22 cm layers + 4 x 15 cm layers of moist almond coconut and raspberry cake sandwiched in a vanilla bean cream filling and a vanilla/rum buttercream frosting and adorned with soft roses. Cake is gluten free. Serves approximately 60 people (2″ x 2″ pieces).
