This gluten-free, lactose free cake is 18cm and has 6 layers. Cake is a very moist almond, coconut, berry cake and is filled with a vanilla-coconut cream and adorned in a vanilla-coconut buttercream. Decorations are made from fondant and can be varied to suit. Serves approximately 60 people (slices approx. 1″ x 2″).
