These cakes can be 2, or 3-layered. The layers are made of a delicate butter cake with flavour options including coconut and berries OR chocolate OR vanilla. Alternatively, the cake can be a GF almond berry and coconut cake. Cakes are filled with a mascarpone vanilla cream and iced in a vanilla Vienna cream. 23 cm. This is a rich cake and 2 layers would suffice for up to 32 people and 3 layers 48 people. Please contact me to organise any variations. Fresh seasonal flowers in white tones adorn this beautiful cake.
