This cake a delicate sponge cake with flavour options including coconut and berries OR chocolate OR vanilla. Alternatively, the cake can be a GF almond berry and coconut cake (add $20 for gluten free). Cakes are filled with a mascarpone vanilla cream and iced in a vanilla butter cream. 23 cm. This is a rich cake and can serve 20 people. Please contact me to organise any variations.
